Look, we're hat pressers and laser engravers, not full-time graphic designers. If you send us a rough sketch, a basic idea, or a flat photo, we charge a flat $30 to clean it up and turn it into a crisp file our laser can actually read. Drawing and tweaking these logos takes a lot of hours. The $30 doesn't cover all our time, but it helps make sure we're spending our time on serious orders. Because we do the heavy lifting on the design for cheap, Weburn Shop keeps the rights to the final digital file we make.
• Custom Hats: No minimums at all. You can order 1, 10, or 100, and we'll get you a quote either way. The design setup fee is just a one-time thing for new logos.
• Clothing (Hoodies, Shirts, & Crewnecks): There is a strict minimum of 5 items. We get our clothing printed through a partner vendor, and they have a minimum batch size we have to meet to fire up the machines.
Shipping usually runs between $30 and $60 anywhere in Canada depending on box size. But if your order totals over $300, shipping is completely free. (A few exceptions might apply if you're way out in a heavily remote area, but that's the general rule).
You bet. You can schedule a time to swing by the main shop in Lake Echo, NS to grab your gear. If you're not in a major rush, you can also pick them up over in Huntley, PEI. We head over to the Island once a month, so we can bring your box along in the truck then—just make sure to arrange it with us beforehand so we know to pack it.
We prefer .SVG or .AI files if you have them, because they give the absolute sharpest, cleanest engrave on the leather patch. If you don't have those, no sweat—send over a high-res .PDF, .JPG, .EPS, or .PNG and we'll work our magic to convert it.
